The Dock Workers Union of Liberia (DOWUL) is the official representative body for dock workers across Liberia’s seaports. Established in 1972, DOWUL has been at the forefront of advocating for the rights, welfare, and working conditions of all maritime and dock workers. Our mission is to ensure fair labor practices, improved wages, and a safe working environment while fostering unity and professional growth among our members.
